Executive Summary
2025 was a year of growth, impact, and innovation for Isanamu Entreprise. Through our programs, we continued to empower youth and women across Burundi by promoting talent development, entrepreneurship, and cultural expression.
This year, we directly reached over 2,500 young people and engaged more than 1 million individuals through our digital platforms and events. Our flagship program, Nanje Ndaririmba, continued to serve as a powerful platform for discovering and nurturing musical talent while integrating social impact messages.

3. Key Programs and Activities
3.1 Nanje Ndaririmba (Music Competition)

Participants: 800+ youth
Audience reach: 1,000,000+ (online and offline)
This annual music competition brought together talented young singers from across Burundi. Participants received mentorship, coaching, and performance opportunities.

3.2 The Pushers (Women Entrepreneurship Program)
Direct Beneficiaries: 150+ youth and women entrepreneurs
Initially implemented in partnership with Search for Common Ground in 2023, this program which supports young and women entrepreneurs through storytelling, visibility, and mentorship has directly reached more than 150 indivuduals and indrectly more than million online in 2025. This program always incites an online interaction among our followers.

Strengthened confidence among youth and women entrepreneurs
Encouraged community dialogue on gender roles
Inspired more youth and women to start businesses
3.3 Media Production (Isanamu Media)
Videos produced: 500+
Articles published: 200+
We produced digital content highlighting talents, cultural initiatives, and social issues affecting youth.

Promoted Burundian culture locally and internationally
3.4 Isanamu Entertainment Production
Isanamu Entertainment, functioning as a music label, has supported emerging artists through the production of 21 audio tracks, including 11 music videos. All productions were fully financed by Isanamu Entreprise. These works have received strong recognition both locally in Burundi and internationally.

These partnerships enabled us to successfully organize the 4th edition of Nanje Ndaririmba. All partners are established music organizations, and their leaders—renowned musicians—served as members of the competition’s jury.
